OUR MISSION
McCoy's Inc is committed to providing honest and fair detailing experience each and every time we perform a job for the customer. We have worked very hard over the last 20 years to prove this statement true.
We never try and upsell anything we do, and always try to give the customer all the options. We also try very hard in being consistent in our quality.
With that being said, the only way we feel that can be done is through employee retention (Some of our employees have been with us for 15+ years!) which in my mind, says a lot about a company.
I started my business in 1998 when I was just trying to provide an income for myself. We were just a two-man operation until 2008, when two of my bigger competition went out of business and opened the door for us to really grow, and grow we did.
We went from four employees to fifteen, and in 2018 we opened a second location in Springfield, MO, with a new building and seven employees. We'll be opening a third location in Kansas City, MO in the summer of 2023!
